Summer Solstice Camp 2018 - Tickets

The camp will run from 4pm Wednesday 20th June to 10am Friday 22nd June 2018.

We have a number of ticket options available, there are however limited numbers on all ticket levels. Hopefully there will be something to suit all budgets and tastes. Once your ticket is completely paid for your name will be added to the gate list at the campsite. ALL tickets include communal meals and craft activities for the duration of your stay.

PAYMENTS: Tickets can be paid for in one go, or, by paying a deposit of 10% to secure your ticket and then paying the remainder over the year. See below for codes to enter when making your payment. Due to people changing their minds and/or pulling out at the last minute this year we have had to make the decision that deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, so please ensure that you are able to attend before booking a place. In exceptional cases it may be possible for you to transfer your ticket to another person but only with permission from the organisers. It is essential for all who attend that we keep a good energy within the group. All places MUST be paid for in full by 1st June 2018.

On paying your deposit, you will be added to a closed Facebook group to be kept up to date with what's happening and to be reminded when payments need to be made. There will also be polls added from time to time to enable all of those attending next year's camp to have a hand in planning it.

You can see pictures of the campsite from previous camps here. There are shower facilities for those who choose to stay overnight meaning that it is perfectly possible to get showered and dressed for work or school and leave directly from the campsite. There are kitchen facilities to enable easy food preparation and cooking - although communal meals are provided for the duration of your stay. There are also a number of fire pits situated around the site.

This is a beautiful site, we ask that ALL visitors respect the site and leave it clean and tidy. We have a good relationship with this site and are known for leaving it spotless - we would like to keep this good relationship to enable us to use the campsite for future events.
