Sunrise Ritual

The pictures on this page are a mix of pictures taken by the Pagan Pathways Rochester organisation and those from guests at the Summer Solstice Camp 2016.

The sunrise ritual was held at 4.47am on midsummer's day. People got up to a misty yet warm morning...although the inside of a satin lined cloak was a tad chilly against the skin!! Unfortunately the sky was too hazy to see the sunrise, but we could all feel the energy as the sun rose to light the day. Pictures aren't wonderful as I think we were all half asleep after chatting around the campfire and toasting marshmallows until gone midnight! The sunrise ritual was carried out by members of Pagan Pathways Rochester.
